We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of QuickDeck, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickDeck. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Subscription Tiers
QuickDeck offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of current plans, pricing, and features are available on the Service. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and features at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Payment is processed through Stripe or other authorized payment processors
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy

4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

QuickDeck may use artificial intelligence (including OpenAI) to generate deck content and suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- AI-generated content should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without human review
8. Third-Party Services
QuickDeck integrates with third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
- Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Update features, functionality, or user interfaces
- Impose usage limits or restrictions
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible, but are not obligated to do so for security or technical reasons.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service or contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our data retention policies.

11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKDECK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickDeck, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
